**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Human Systems input across SEA products, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that are safe, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Develop and implement Human Factors Integration strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers and users.
