Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in North Devon, providing specialist assessments and interventions to neurodiverse children and young people across Devon.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative integrated children's service, where you will have the chance to develop your clinical leadership skills and contribute to the development of our Neurodiversity pathway.
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality complex assessments and psychological input to children, young people, and their families who access our support.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health Practitioners, to provide consultation, clinical supervision, and training.
We are committed to supporting your career progression and offer regular clinical supervision, separate line management, and a strong network of Clinical Psychologists working across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children and young people with neurodiversity and/or learning disability.
- Provide consultation, clinical supervision, and training to multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development of our Neurodiversity pathway and service development.
- Work closely with local universities and organizations to support students and staff in clinical training placements.
- Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people.
- Post-qualification training or proven equivalent experience in supervision.
