The Role
We're seeking a compassionate and patient Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their day-to-day needs, from personal care and companionship to assistance with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalized support to clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Assisting clients with light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Offering companionship and building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Following tailored care plans and monitoring any changes in clients' needs.
- Keeping clear records of the care provided and any observations about clients' well-being.
- Helping clients stay connected through technology for communication or leisure.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, flexible working hours to fit around your schedule, and a supportive office team ready to help you succeed. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop new skills.
