We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Team Leader to join our Decontamination Services team at Chelwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the high-quality, safe, and timely provision of decontamination services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff within the Decontamination Services department to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of the decontamination facilities, including autoclaves, washer disinfectors, and endoscopy washers.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality objectives.
- Support the management team in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
