Simulation and Clinical Skills Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Simulation and Essential Clinical Skills team as a Simulation and Clinical Skills Specialist Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programmes that encompass essential clinical skills, high-fidelity simulation, haptic skills training, human factors, communication skills, and patient safety training.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programmes that meet the needs of our trainees and staff.
- Support the development of a culture of patient safety and human factors awareness through all educational programmes.
- Collaborate with the simulation team to deliver high-quality simulation-based learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote and support an active and responsive approach to training and development across the Trust.
