Simulation and Clinical Skills Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Simulation and Clinical Skills Specialist Lead to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our Simulation and Essential Clinical Skills team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical education programmes that encompass essential clinical skills, high-fidelity simulation, haptic skills training, human factors, communication skills, and patient safety training.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programmes that meet the needs of our trainees and staff.
- Support the trust's long-term strategy to embed a culture of patient safety and human factors awareness through all educational programmes.
- Collaborate with the simulation team to develop and deliver simulation-based learning initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on clinical education and simulation to staff and stakeholders.
