**Job Details**

* Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Care Professional
* Location: Gloucestershire
* Contract Type: 6-month contract
* Work Schedule: 2 hours per week
* Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour
* Mileage Rate: 0.45p/mile

**Job Description**

As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for completing community visits to clients in order to identify occupational performance issues affecting their independence. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to enhance their occupational performance.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 18 months of experience working as a registered Occupational Therapist
* Experience working in a community setting and working with people in their own homes
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A valid driving license and access to a car with business insurance
* Enhanced DBS clearance
