About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Golf Instructor to join our team at GOLFTEC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction and customized lesson plans to our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend GOLFTEC University for comprehensive training on our teaching methods and tools
  • Develop and deliver customized lesson plans for students based on their needs and goals
  • Advise students on GOLFTEC services, including club fitting and outdoor lessons
  • Use TECSWING software to document lessons and track student progress
  • Maintain a clean and organized Training Center environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing education and training
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commissions, bonuses, and other incentives. You will also enjoy benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and relocation assistance.
