Service Delivery Manager

Culina Group Limited, a leading provider of logistics, warehousing, and distribution services, is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join its team. As a key member of the IT Service Delivery Function, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and delivery of services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in defining service level agreements, producing performance reports, and team management. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team to strive for excellence, ensuring customer service and business KPIs are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Producing regular performance reports to stakeholders
  • Leading and managing a team of IT professionals to deliver services efficiently
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and business KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Liaising with senior leadership, technicians, and business representatives to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of ITIL v3 knowledge
  • IT management experience in a contact centre environment
  • Knowledge of service delivery and service support disciplines as defined under ITIL
  • Specialist knowledge in developing and maintaining ITIL policies and procedures
  • Project management
  • Report writing and production of graphs and trend analysis
  • Staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management
