### Key Responsibilities

* Provide efficient administrative support to the Livingston Finance function and other senior staff as required
* Process daily invoices, including matching to purchase orders, resolving differences, and posting in MS Dynamics Nav accounts software
* Assist the Commercial team with administration requirements, including purchase orders and quote administration
* Collate site operatives' timesheets and manage holiday, sickness, and training administration
* Manage vehicle and fuel card administration
* Perform other general finance tasks as needed
