About the Opportunity:

Join our team as a System Engineer Apprentice and contribute to the development of our apprenticeship program. As a key member of the Technical Assessment Team, you will work closely with IEAs to ensure the accuracy and validity of end-point assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support IEAs in developing assessment practice through face-to-face and remote standardization activities.
  • Conduct remote sampling of IEAs assessments and provide feedback.
  • Accompany IEAs on-site when required and provide guidance on electronic systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills:

  • Current DBS.
  • Sufficient and relevant technical knowledge of the legislation, regulatory frameworks, systems, technology, tools, and processes associated with the EPA(s).

Location: United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man
