We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Alfred H Knight. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing laboratory-related appointments and ensuring a professional level of service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Train staff in the department as needed, with guidance from the Client Services Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent client liaison skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to think ahead.
  • Knowledge of analytical content and industry standard methods, including ISO/ASTM.
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to create an open and positive working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience.
  • Experience in a commercial technical environment, with knowledge of procedures and processes.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to define objectives, communicate expectations, and ensure accountability.
