Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the curriculum development of their ICT and Computing department in a Manchester college.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student performance and collaborate with the Curriculum Manager to enhance retention, attendance, and achievement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve value-added outcomes.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of clear schemes of work and high-quality assignments for all curriculum programs.
  • Manage and coach staff, leading curriculum meetings, training, and professional development.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the progress team, Learning Leaders, Digital Leaders, and external agencies.


Requirements:
  • Appropriate Degree or Equivalent.
  • Teaching Qualification (PTLLS / PGCE).
  • Experience delivering a BTEC program and knowledge of GCSE assessment process.
  • Successful DBS Check.
