The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, managing temporary staff, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently and meet our standards of accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the booking and coordination of temporary staff as needed to meet operational demands.
Oversee and participate in the pick and pack process, as well as order checking, ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet client expectations.
Generate accurate courier and barcode labels to ensure seamless order tracking and shipping.
Conduct thorough checks of incoming goods, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse/production environment.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
