Overview

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring our dynamic team, overseeing daily operations, and driving team performance. They will also be expected to ensure targets are met, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and goals.
  2. Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
  4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
  5. Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
  6. Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
