Job Title: Team Lead for Distribution and Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for Distribution and Maintenance to join our team at Vital Human Resources Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of work across various locations, developing and implementing plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs, mentoring and coaching team members, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and controlling work delivery safely and efficiently, as well as strong leadership and team motivation skills. They must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of distribution plant inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewals, and familiarity with relevant standards, procedures, and regulations.
