Child Development Assistant

We are seeking a Child Development Assistant to join our team at SANZA Teaching Agency. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) to support the nursery class in promoting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in early years settings, a strong passion for supporting children with SEN, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for assisting the nursery teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities, providing tailored support for children with SEN, and maintaining records of children's progress and behavioral observations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the nursery teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
- Provide one-to-one support for children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Contribute to the creation of a warm, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
- Support children with personal care routines and promote their overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavioral observations.
- CACHE Level 3 qualification or Early Years Workforce qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in early years settings.
- Strong passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
