Job Description

This exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our West Midlands region offers a challenging and rewarding career path. Working as part of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for surveying activities on a number of standard developments, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring construction activities on site to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing effective surveying strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential risks

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Essential requirements include:

  • Professional qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housebuilding industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
