Construction Project Management Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow analysis. They will also be involved in tendering processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and monitoring project progress.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare, a car package, and fuel card. You will also receive 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and performance-related bonuses.
