We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Futures, a leading manufacturer in the industry. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with production managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of the plant.
  5. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  1. PLC Training: Must have experience with PLC systems and be able to program and troubleshoot them.
  2. Maintenance Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Leadership Skills: Must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team.
  4. Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with production managers and other stakeholders.
