As a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and email marketing services.
  • Develop and implement multi-faceted digital marketing strategies to drive client results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutions teams and project managers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-plus years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or Client Services experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related degree.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate value to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Google products and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-plus years' experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.
  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA.
  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry.
