As a Creative Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from creating compelling narratives and dialogues to designing gamified training experiences. You will collaborate closely with project managers, visual designers, and sales teams to understand customer training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and write high-quality natural dialogue for characters in various business settings
  • Design and create immersive gamified training experiences using our custom-built platform
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and learning objectives
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gain insight into customer needs and identify effective solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionality in our platform
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of pedagogical best practices and narrative structure
  • Experience developing engaging training experiences with a strong narrative focus
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid remote work options, regular social activities, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
