We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing innovative content strategies that elevate our brand's online presence and engagement.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Creative Content Specialist at Dorchester Collection, you will play a critical role in shaping our content strategy, creating compelling narratives that capture the essence of our brand and hotels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement content plans that drive website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.

You will work closely with our global hotel marketing teams to understand their needs and create tailored content solutions that resonate with our target audience. This includes producing captivating webpages, blog posts, gift shop product descriptions, and booking engine content that drives results.

In addition, you will collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visual content, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines, while also providing feedback and edits on hotel collateral like menus, signage, and in-room items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Provide feedback and edits on hotel collateral, ensuring alignment with our brand tone and voice.
  • Work closely with hotel marketing teams to understand their needs and develop tailored content solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in English, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
