About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our Residential/Social Housing sites in the Solihull, Birmingham, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
  • Clean communal kitchen areas.

Requirements

  • Prior professional cleaning experience is an advantage.
  • You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
