We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Nexgen Group, covering a portfolio of Residential/Social Housing sites in the Solihull, Birmingham, and surrounding areas.

Prior professional cleaning experience is highly advantageous, and a Full UK Driving Licence is required. A company vehicle is provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items, such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
  • Clean communal kitchen areas.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Prior professional cleaning experience.
