About the Role

As a Senior MEP Planner at URECRUIT, you will be part of a leading main contractor's Planning team for a flagship Prison project in the Midlands. You will contribute to the overall planning process, maintaining a proactive and professional service to the planning, bid, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a HNC/Degree qualification in a construction-related subject or trade qualifications and good working knowledge of Planning Software (Asta PowerProject / Primavera). An appreciation of 4D planning software tools including Synchro is also required.

Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery and maintenance of all associated programmes, specific to MEP, as required by the bid and project planning and programming strategic plan. This includes the Master Integrated Programme and any major MEP Trade Package Programmes.

You will work closely with the management team to prepare method statements to meet the needs of the project. Additionally, you will support the use of 4D Planning if required by clients and manage the supply chain & subcontractor.

We are looking for innovative thinkers who can develop and implement Project Controls Practice. If you have experience in production reports and schedules, scenarios, critical paths, and narrative to support claims, this is the role for you.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
