Branch Operations Manager

As the Branch Operations Manager at WESCO International, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a retail location. This role involves staff management, financial oversight, merchandising, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and gross profit by reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory levels.

- Ensure compliance with safety policies, local health regulations, and company protocols.
- Nurture relationships to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
- Analyze and monitor inventory movement.
- Organize customer events, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
- Develop protocols to protect the store from theft.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field; working knowledge of business principles, customer service, and time management.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
