Regional Business Growth Specialist

Salary: Estimated $140,000 - $170,000 per year
About the Role:
- Meet Sales Goals: You will be responsible for achieving your individual sales targets for Barco products, ensuring revenue growth and increased market share.
- Develop Reseller Network: Identify, onboard, and support new and existing resellers, serving as their primary point of contact. Develop and track business plans to monitor performance.
- Provide Product Knowledge: Offer technical and sales expertise to partners, providing product knowledge, training, and updates to enable effective selling and specification of Barco solutions.
- Enhance Brand Visibility: Increase Barco's brand presence in the region by managing CRM and maintaining up-to-date sales opportunities.
- Market Insights: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and share market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience in a related industry or technology sector.

- Proven ability to find and pursue new business opportunities.
