Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a good-rated school in the Kings Langley area. The ideal candidate will be able to provide 1:1 and group support to students across all key stages, adapting to cater for individual needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teacher in supporting all children in the class and identifying next steps for learning
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students
  • Work alongside a range of professionals to meet the needs of students

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be able to inspire and motivate students
  • Passionate about supporting students with special needs or in intervention groups
