About the RoleAs a Support Worker with us, you will be supporting individuals with different care needs, including Dementia, autism, and learning disabilities. You will be working in a supported living setting, getting to know each person's preferences and needs, and helping them to live independently.

We believe in recruiting to our values, which means we can recruit from all walks of life. If you have a caring nature, patience, resilience, and determination, we want to hear from you. - You will have guaranteed hours and a flexible working pattern.
- We offer a range of benefits, including a shopping discount scheme, a workplace pension scheme, and access to a financial hardship fund.

We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is a natural problem solver, and has honesty and reliability. You will be compassionate, sensitive, and empathetic, with a mature outlook.
