Plumbing Assessment and Quality Control Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Assessment and Quality Control Expert to join our team at NESCOT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber with strong assessment skills to take on a challenging role.
The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification standard in plumbing and significant experience in assessing apprentices. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control in plumbing assessments, providing expert guidance and feedback to learners.
This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality assessment processes in plumbing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of assessment services
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessment outcomes
- Provide expert advice and guidance to learners on assessment-related matters
