Key Skills:

  • Good communication and organization skills to handle a full and varied workload
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional/commercial experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with developing cross-browser and cross-platform solutions
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and the Web
  • Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, web standards, and advertising standards and their application
  • Thorough understanding of online technologies and appreciation of the differences between online and offline design
  • Acute observation and an expert eye for detail
  • Resilience to rejection and constructive criticism of creative work
  • Hands-on and 'can-do' attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Photography skills desirable
