The Creative Services Lead Analyst will be responsible for managing the Creative Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets and experiences that meet business objectives. This role will oversee the development and implementation of creative strategies, manage internal schedules, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Management
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage the Creative Services team, including line management and performance evaluation.
- Creative Strategy
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality of information and briefing at each stage of the process.
- Event Management
- Oversee all GIH events, including gold and silver events.
- Ensure impeccable execution and memorable experiences for attendees.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
- Coordinate translations, merchandise, POS, and other creative services as required.
- Onboarding and Training
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in the creative team.
- Financial Management
- Responsible for the maintenance of the GIH marketing budget and required reporting.
