About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team as a Planned Investment Surveyor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the specification and project management of investment surveys to our properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for the specification and project management of investment surveys
  • Establish positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality service
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to plan, contract manage and deliver annual planned and cyclical maintenance and investment surveying projects
  • Ensure accurate condition data to maintain our assets to the required standard

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Building Regulations and CDM, HHSRS assessments, Party Walls, Aids & Adaptations, Decent Homes, and Planning/Building control
  • Ability to identify, procure, and manage investment and cyclical works contracts
  • Full current UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • A recognised technical qualification or professional qualification in building/surveying, e.g., BSc, MCIOB or MRICS
