Director of Quality and Student Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Director of Quality and Student Experience. This is a key role in the creation and development of the quality, accreditation, and student experience elements of our business plan, ensuring alignment with our Education Group Strategy and contributing positively to the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student experience and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver education that achieves agreed teaching and learning metrics
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to support teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Lead and implement good practice in quality and accreditation
  • Support the development and delivery of curriculum, transnational education partnerships, and international commercial projects

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent level of professional experience with a postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject area
  • Experience in quality assurance, student experience, and leadership
  • Strong profile as an academic or practitioner with evidence of leading and implementing good practice
