Job Summary

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Valet Parking Attendant to join the Residences Department at Raffles London at The OWO.

This role requires overseeing collection, parking, and return of resident and hotel guest cars, securely looking after and logging keys and mileage, as well as cleaning and valeting cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly.
  • Meeting and greeting residents and guests.
  • Managing the valet podium.
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organised.
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge.
Requirements
  • A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
