Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative physiotherapist to join our busy, dynamic, and friendly team in the Neath Port Talbot Community Reablement Team.

Main Duties

The post holder will have skills in managing a range of physiotherapy needs within the community setting. They will be able to participate in the development of the physiotherapy service within the multi-disciplinary team and have some supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of physiotherapy needs within the community setting
  • Participate in the development of the physiotherapy service within the multi-disciplinary team
  • Supervise other staff, including assistants and technical instructors
  • Contribute to clinical education of less experienced staff or students
Requirements

We are looking for a physiotherapist with:

  • Professional registration with HCPC
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and/or multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of the workings of community physiotherapy services and intermediate care services
