Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to driving business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with customers, and exceeding sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to ensure seamless customer experiences, prompt responses to inquiries, and efficient handling of customer complaints.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging market opportunities to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  3. Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web applications.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission based on sales performance.
