As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the nursing team, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Support and mentor junior nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare teams to make safe discharge decisions and provide individualized nursing care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
