As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the nursing team, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- Support and mentor junior nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare teams to make safe discharge decisions and provide individualized nursing care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
