  • Key to this role is the ability to empower students to succeed, providing a safe and nurturing environment where they feel supported and valued.

Salary Information:

Our salary estimate for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote student wellbeing and personal growth. This will involve working closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive school environment, where every student feels safe and empowered to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to promote student wellbeing and personal growth.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
  • You will have a deep understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs, and be able to provide tailored support to meet their individual requirements.
