Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

Tripod Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a social worker with CP/CIN experience, you will be responsible for working with children and families in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage caseloads of children and families, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Provide regular reflective supervision and support to colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
