We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) at Delt Shared Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects, managing technical delivery, and working closely with a large and complex stakeholder community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver predominantly Networks or End User IT projects, and manage technical delivery in complex environments.
- Manage all aspects of project management in a Portfolio, Programme, and Projects environment.
- Balance time, quality, and risk to achieve maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and customer focus.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and manage competing demands in fast-paced settings.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably in an IT environment.
- Excellent communications skills, with the capability and confidence to work with senior customers.
- Proficiency with MS Project Professional.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend meetings and customer sites as required.

Please note that most of our projects are delivered to customers in Plymouth and Devon. While this role offers hybrid working, it is essential that you are based within a commutable distance to Plymouth. You will need to be flexible, as attendance at our Plymouth office or customer sites at short notice (less than 12 hours) may be required. Candidates outside the South West cannot be considered due to the nature of this role.
