About the Role

The UK private health insurance market is a dynamic and exciting space, and we're looking for a highly numerate and naturally curious individual to join our Pricing team at Aviva.

This newly created role will support the street/market pricing of Aviva's Small Group health insurance products across the direct and intermediated channels. You'll have direct influence on business performance, exposure to senior management, and opportunities to collaborate across business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to balance trading and profitability outcomes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
  • Communicate complex technical analysis to non-technical audiences
