Support Practitioner

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support with all aspects of daily living for individuals with learning and physical disabilities. This includes cooking, cleaning, finances, medication, and personal care. You will also be encouraged to be enthusiastic and creative in supporting their hobbies and interests, such as arts & crafts, walking, and social events.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, with good communication and organisational skills. You will need to be confident in the use of computers and have the ability to cook. Baking is a bonus, but not essential.
Shift patterns will usually fall between 0700-2130 hours, and you will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our support.
