The Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Practitioner to join our team in Longside. As a Support Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting five individuals with their daily living needs, including cooking, cleaning, finances, medication, and personal care. You'll also be responsible for supporting their hobbies and interests, such as arts & crafts, walking, and social events.

About You

We welcome applications from individuals who share our values of compassion, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. You'll need to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle due to the rural location of our service. We'll provide you with the necessary training and support to excel in this role, including funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees.
