This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Advanced Safeguarding Adults Practitioner. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being, and working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve better outcomes.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Safeguarding Adults: Identify and mitigate risks, providing personalized support to vulnerable adults, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
  2. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local communities, promoting our services and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with other agencies, healthcare providers, and social services to deliver seamless support and achieve shared goals.
  4. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in adult safeguarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Proven experience in adult safeguarding or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
