We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid and flexible working arrangements, access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and approachable work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients to help them overcome complex social issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to child protection policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in child protection or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures
