The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds. A strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid and flexible working arrangements, access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and approachable work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective care plans

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in child protection or a related field

  • Strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures
