As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, luxurious experience for our guests. You will be part of a dedicated team, deliver a range of treatments, and implement wellness programs and activations while upholding the high standards of The Spa at Dunluce Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure each guest experiences a personalized, high-quality spa journey
• Deliver signature treatments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a pristine spa environment
• Exhibit 5-star personal presentation
• Show confidence with HR responsibilities, stock, and retail management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa, as a member of a spa team within a luxury environment
• Show confidence and creativity
• Familiarity with wellness trends and luxury spa treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain excellent guest relationships

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Journey Spa Software
• Proven qualifications from a specialized spa management course
• Certified massage and beauty therapist/CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualified
