Project Management Graduate

About the RoleAs a Project Management and Control Graduate, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Project Control teams, and Agile teams to deliver programmes of work and projects to customers and end users. You will be responsible for collating updates and information from various areas of the business to plan and implement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Control teams to identify and implement improvements in project planning and delivery
- Work with Agile teams to adopt an iterative approach to delivering projects, using Scrum Master Techniques and Agile Software technology
- Develop and maintain project plans, costs, and risk registers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Project Managers, Commercial teams, Manufacturing, Technical, and Engineering teams
- 2-year graduate programme starting September 2025
