Project Management and Control Graduate Programme

Join MBDA's Graduate Programme and embark on a 2-year journey to develop your skills in project management, project control, and Agile methodologies.

About the Role

As a Project Management and Control Graduate, you will work closely with our project teams to deliver programmes of work and projects to customers and end users on time, within budget, and to the agreed specification.

You will be responsible for collating updates and information from all areas of the business to plan what to do next on a given project. You will also identify and implement improvements in existing metrics and processes, and work with our Agile teams to adopt an iterative approach to delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate updates and information from all areas of the business to plan project activities
  • Identify and implement improvements in existing metrics and processes
  • Work with Agile teams to adopt an iterative approach to delivering projects
  • Update project plans, prepare costs for work, and update Risk Registers
  • Build a strong network across the business, working with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Manufacturing, Technical, and Engineering teams
